admin Market and general news, New deals

Fargro SiteWe have today completed on the sale of an important 11.2 acre commercial site on behalf of a client.

Horticultural distribution specialists and major local employer, Fargro, has acquired the site next to the A27, 3 miles west of Worthing and will shortly start construction of a consented purpose built warehouse and storage facility of 126,000sq.ft for its own use.

Having been involved in this transaction since inception we believe this is an important sale as it underlines the innate demand for commercial property in this area and the attraction of The Vinery as a convenient location for local employers.
