Brierley and Coe are reporting continued strong demand for small to medium sized industrial/warehouse units on the south coast in particular in Worthing and Littlehampton.
Director Paul Brierley comments " we have been marketing several units in the 500-2500 sq ft range and have experienced significant levels of interest. It is clear that there is currently an under supply of stock in the region at present".
Demand is particularly strong for small distribution units with good eaves heights and yard space. Unsurprisingly, this is resulting in rental growth in the small unit market as competition for space remains fierce !
