Brierley and Coe have announced the recent letting of Area 56 at the The Vinery on the main A27 near Arundel to Exsel Pumps Limited. The 32,000 sq ft plot will create a new hub for Exsel who are a leading UK provider of industrial pumps and de-watering equipment.
