Chichester City Centre Office Letting Completed

On behalf of John Wiley and Sons Limited, one of Chichester’s major employers, we have completed the letting of offices in The Bicentennial Building adjacent to Chichester Station to pharmaceutical company Profile Pharma Limited.

The ground floor suite totalling 2500 sq ft was formerly occupied by chef Jamie Oliver’s “Jamie At Home” brand.

Major development scheme unveiled

A consortium of housebuilders has revealed the first phase of its plans for a 700 home extention to the Worthing area at West Durrington.

The scheme, unveiled at a public presentation on Monday the 28th April, will be submitted to the local authority with a detailed plan for consent in due course.
